Since the middle of the 90s ALLSAT developed, used and sold GNSS Real-Time systems for surveying and precise navigation and then added GNSS reference network services towards the end of the 90s.
Increasingly, such Real Time systems evolve as a combination of systems and techniques. Users face an increasing complexity in both reference services and applications. This includes the complexity of combining four GNSS (GPS, GLONASS, Galileo and Compass) with an increasing number of new signals and a variety of GNSS sensors and others like IMUs, INS, PSL and others.
What is the future direction of reference services with proprietary manufacturer-based services on the one hand and standard-based independent services on the other hand? The question is "What do users actually require today"?
ALLSAT OPEN 2010 will offer a detailed view on precise GNSS applications based on reference services on world-wide, regional and local basis of applications.
Speakers invited for this years ALLSAT OPEN will be, (among others), Prof. Chris Rizos, University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia, Dr. Javad Ashjaee, Javad GNSS and experts from research organisations as BKG, GFZ, DLR German Aerospace Centre, service and GNSS companies such as AXIO-NET, Geo++, Leica Geosystems, Trimble Navigation, Ordnance Survey UK, complex users such as Eurocopter, Deutsche Bahn and several other experts in precision GNSS applications.
