ALLSAT COM2-USB

The COM2-USB module was made to solve the following problems:

• "cable-chaos" inside the backpack
• supply of the field computer with electricity
• missing serial-ports at the computer

With the COM2-USB module it is possible to connect by a USB connection two interfaces of a GNSS receiver, which are represented as serial interfaces in the field computer. The field computer is supported over the COM2-USB module by the external current supply in the backpack. During suitable external current supply (e.g. power PAD) the actual working time of the field computer can be expanded on a whole day.
