In the series of external receivers from JAVAD, the Sigma comes in the largest housing. One reason for this is the internal battery for the possibility of autonomous operation of the system – independent of power sources. Furthermore, there is the possibility to add an LTE and/or UHF modem.

As a receiver for high-precision positioning or reference system, the JAVAD Sigma is available in two versions:

Sigma-3
The Sigma-3 has the TRE-3 board integrated and is therefore equipped to receive all current satellite systems and signals. Internal data recording as well as the variety of communication is given here.

Sigma-3N
With the internal TRE-3N board, the GNSS receiver only lacks Galileo E6 and BeiDou B3. Data recording, communication and the hertz rates are unchanged here.
